  Unfortunately we have been so excited about our trip to silverthorne. Upon arrival we retrieved our packet for afterhours check in only to arrive at our unit to find they gave us the wrong keys and were a bit confused as to how to fix it. How about being us the correct keys? Rude employee could not figure out how to fix it without the internet even thoigh i had all of my paperwork and the key packet. While this is the second time we have used them it will definitely be our last.
